You have a point i agree, art is liked or disliked differently from person to person. But I think we have a right to say . because with out the comment art is nothin. The difference in how the art is percieved by use individually is art in itself. In other words .. It's we who make the art not the picture.. without the ppl or the mind and perception of others it wouldn't be true art.. I don't know if you see where im gettin at it's alittle hard to explain. example one person may think that a certain say only 5 ppl saw a piece all thinking it's a dot to these ppl the art was seen as simple just a dot.. IF there's no one else to judge, then that art wouldn't have had the oppertunity to make another person feel something different>And so I'd say the art is useless. Anyways thats just me but im open to ideas and i agree you shouldn't grade the author, but if you think about it when someone percieves a painting differently because he realized it was a certain author well he became the art. >>Im sure you could argue feel free..
